What you are actually buying
Everything on this site is a memecoin whose liquidity pool is priced in a tokenised stock. That pairing is real and it is the point. But it is easy to look at a row showing a coin priced against NVDA and read something into it that is not there. So here is all of it, in plain language: what is true, what is never true, and what can go wrong. Nothing below is softened.
The price really does track the stock.
This is the product, and it is real. The coin trades in one pool, and the other side of that pool is the tokenised stock. So the coin is priced in units of that stock. When the stock moves, the coin’s dollar price moves with it, even if nobody trades the coin that day. That is arithmetic, not a promise. It works the other way too: the coin can fall against the stock at the same time the stock falls against the dollar. Those two losses stack.

You get no dividend, no yield, no revenue share and no vote.
Not some. None. There is no distribution function in these contracts and no way to add one. Across all 7,343 long.xyz launches that can be decoded, the fee beneficiaries are exactly two addresses — the protocol and the coin’s creator — in every single case. There is no data structure anywhere in the deployed system that could describe a set of holders, so there is nothing that could pay them even if someone wanted to. No staking, no rebase, no reflection, no fee share. If somebody tells you one of these pays out, they are mistaken or lying.

The company has nothing to do with the coin.
A memecoin here is not issued by, affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by or connected to the company it references. Anyone can launch a coin against any stock token; the launchpad does not ask the company and the company is not told. It is a meme that points at a company. That is the whole relationship.
How this is known The numeraire is an arbitrary address chosen by the creator; there is no allow-list in the launcher or the Airlock. MECHANICS.md §3.
The “stock token” on the other side is not the stock either.
Robinhood Stock Tokens are tokenised debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited, a Jersey company. They give you economic exposure to a share price. They are not the share. Holding one puts you nowhere near a share register, gives you no shareholder rights, and no legal claim against the company itself. And you do not hold one of these anyway — the pool does. You would hold a memecoin denominated in one.

Dividends go into a dial the pool cannot see.
Stock Tokens do not pay cash dividends. When the underlying company pays one, the issuer reinvests it and raises a display multiplier, so one token comes to represent more than one share. Stock splits move the same dial. But the pool does not read that dial — Uniswap settles on raw balances, which the multiplier does not touch. So the value the multiplier represents never reaches this pool or its price. This is live, not theoretical: nine stock tokens have already moved off 1.0.
How this is known uiMultiplier() read on-chain per token; MECHANICS.md §3 confirms no contract in the launch path reads it.
The pool is locked forever, which cuts both ways.
The liquidity cannot be withdrawn by anyone — not the creator, not the launchpad, not the protocol. It is not a promise or a locker contract; the exit path reverts outright. The good half: nobody can pull the liquidity out from under you, which is the most common way a memecoin kills its holders. The bad half: there is no emergency exit either. Nothing can be migrated, rescued or refunded, because the mechanism does not exist. And there is no governance to change that.
How this is known Pool status Locked blocks exitLiquidity; the graduation flag is absent. MECHANICS.md §6, verified against deployed source and on-chain state.
The stock token’s issuer can freeze or drain the pool, and nobody discloses it.
This is the biggest risk here and it has nothing to do with the memecoin. Reading the deployed stock-token contracts, the issuer holds role-gated powers: it can pause transfers, which freezes every pool paired to that stock so holders cannot sell; it can burn tokens held at an address, and the pool’s balance sits at an address like any other, so one side of a live pool can be removed; it can blocklist an address, which bricks the pool; and the tokens sit behind an upgradeable proxy, so today’s behaviour is not a guarantee about tomorrow’s. We have not seen any of this used against a pool and we are not predicting it. We are telling you it exists, because it is real, it is in the contracts, and it is entirely outside anyone’s control here. If it happened, the locked liquidity could not be rescued.

Rally calls and milestone ladders are cosplay, and say so.
Some coins are built around a joke about board seats, shareholder proposals or proxy filings. Those are bits. The tokens carry no votes — not the memecoin, not the stock token — so no board seat and no shareholder proposal can ever come from holding one. Where a launch team says it will spend its own fee income on something, that money is theirs and whatever it buys is theirs. Holding a coin gives you no claim on it and no way to enforce anything.
How this is known Governance address is a burn address; Stock Tokens confer no voting rights.
Some pools are priced in a stock token that barely exists.
The amount of each stock token in existence varies enormously. Nine have a total supply of exactly zero — a pool quoted in one of those can never trade at all. Many more have only a handful of tokens in the world, and a pool quoted in those cannot trade meaningfully: a tiny amount of buying moves the price absurdly, and any price it reports should not be believed. Where we can tell, this page says so on the coin itself.

Not advice Nothing on this site is investment advice, financial advice, an offer, a solicitation or a recommendation. We make no prediction about the price of any token or any stock. These are memecoins. They can go to zero, and several of the mechanisms above could take them there through nobody’s fault.
